Steps for booking your Private event

Step 1

Pick a date and time.

Determine your group size.

Inform us about which activity you’re interested in for your event.

Step 2

We will contact you via phone/email regarding the cost and deposit.

Once the deposit is paid, your event will be added to our calendar.

We will confirm your event details via email.

Step 3

Come to the venue on time and enjoy your event!

DEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELATION INFO FOR EVENTS

  • Cancelation 3 WEEKS prior to event:: fully refundable.
  • Cancelation WITHIN 3 weeks: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 1 week: No refund, unused credit can be retained and transferred to a future event within one year for available dates. 
  • Request to reschedule 3 weeks before event: No cost.
  • Request to reschedule within 3 week: 10% rebooking fee.

Private Party

During the date and time of your booking, the entire venue will be exclusively reserved for your event. You are welcome to bring in  your own food and beverages, and there is no corkage fee.

Rug Tufting

Please note that you would not be able to take your tufting piece home on the same day as we need time for gluing, shaving, and finishing the backings. You can either pick them up at a later date, or we can assist you in shipping it to your home (shipping fee in general is about $10-20 per person vary by location and size).

  • Private DIY Workshop & Permanent Backing Process Fee*: $95 per person (small); $115 per person (medium)
  • Space Rental: $900 for 4 hours, $200 for every additional hour added.
  • Cleaning Fee: $50

  • Maximum Capacity: 25

  • This crafting experience usually takes about 3 – 4 hours to tuft a small size and 4 – 5 hours to tuft a medium size. 

Mosaic Candle Holder DIY

We may or may not be able to take your art piece home on the same day. 

  • Staff Guided Workshop & Material Fees: $48 per person (no grouting); $56 per person (with grouting service). Additional charge will be added if you want to pick something else other than a candle holder.
  • Space Rental: $800 for 4 hours, $200 for every additional hour added.
  • Cleaning Fee: $60

  • Maximum Capacity: 40

  • This crafting experience usually takes about 3 hours – 5 hours to complete. 

Cream Glue DIY

  • Staff Guided Workshop & Material Fees: $26-$60 per person*
  • Space Rental: $450 for 2 hours, $200 for every additional hour added.
  • Cleaning fee: $40
  • Maximum Capacity: 40

Make Your Own Lipstick

  • Staff Guided Workshop & Material Fees: $60 per person*
  • Limited edition lipstick case: +3 per case.
  • Space Rental: $450 for 2 hours, $200 for every additional hour added.
  • Cleaning fee: $40
  • Maximum Capacity: 40

Reservation

To secure a reservation for a private party, you will need to submit and deposit the full rental fee of the desired service listed in its details, which will be applied for you toward the total cost. The deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before the event. Rescheduling is permitted up to 1 week before the event, subject to studio availability. Deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

We also offer additional services such as space decorations, video taping, and cake orders. Please let us know if you are interested and would like a quote. 

Open Studio Workshop

For an open studio workshop, your group may be sharing the studio space and participating in the workshops alongside other customers. You can find the price detail and workshop schedule via this link Collections – POP Craft (popcrafting.com).

Regrettably, we currently do not have the capacity to host a party of more than 50 people on-site. However, if you’re interested in hosting an event off-site, where we can deliver all materials and provide an instructor for the activities of your choice, please refer to the off-site event detail in the next tab.

Off-Site Event

Rug Tufting

  • Material fee: $98 per person (Small), $118 per person (Medium).

  • Instructor/staff: $35 per hour per person, with an additional $33 per hour for each extra person. Instructor will be assisting with event set up and provide workshop instructions.

  • Delivery fee: approximately $180-$300 depending on party size and location. This fee covers tufting materials, guns and frames. However, it does not include tables. Please inquire about pricing for table delivery, if needed.

  • Minimum charge of $900.

  • Instructor/staff: $28 per hour per person, with an additional $25 per hour for each extra person. Instructor will be assisting with event set up and provide workshop instructions.

  • Minimum charge of $500.

  • Delivery fee: ~$60 – $150 depending on party size and location.

  • Minimum charge of $500.

Reservation

To secure a reservation for an off-site event, we are kindly requesting a 20% deposit, which will be applied toward the total cost. The deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before the event. Rescheduling is permitted up to 1 week before the event,and your deposit will be transferred to the new booking.
