- Cancelation WITHIN 3 weeks: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 1 week: No refund, unused credit can be retained and transferred to a future event within one year for available dates.
- Request to reschedule 3 weeks before event: No cost.
- Request to reschedule within 3 week: 10% rebooking fee.
