Returns

If you receive a broken or faulty item in your order, simply contact us within 3 days.  As soon as our lovely warehouse team has received your products, we will issue you a refund and let you know by email.

Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) and the original delivery note – please let us know why you are returning the item. If you’ve lost your packing slip or would prefer to keep it, just include a note with your name, address and order number.
